Dr. Pressley was born and raised in Las Vegas where she graduated with honors from UNLV in 1996. She received her Doctorate from the University Of Houston College Of Optometry in 2001. Dr. Pressley completed a residency, through Pacific University, in Ocular Disease, Refractive and Ocular Surgery. She is a 20 year member of the American Optometric Association (AOA).
She is the Past President of the Nevada Optometric Association (NOA). In 2017 Dr. Pressley was selected as the Nevada Director for the Great Western Council of Optometry and is the Nevada Ambassador for the American Board of Optometry. Dr. Pressley is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and practices full scope primary eye care including ocular disease, pediatrics, advanced contact lens fittings and geriatric care.
Dr. Pressley offers pre and post op care for cataract and refractive procedures and has a special interest in corneal pathology and treatment. In 2013 Dr. Pressley received the Outstanding Service and Leadership award from the NOA. In 2012 she became the first Optometrist in Nevada to become a Diplomat of the American Board of Optometry. Outside of work she enjoys gardening, music and hiking.
